Through a period of years Alla has trained up to Usui Reiki Master Practitioner and Karuna Reiki Practitioner Level Two.
Reiki brought deep transformation and nurturing to Alla’s life, which she is naturally willing to share from the Heart.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei, which means “Creator’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is "Life Force Energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
Usui Reiki is a Japanese technique that is administered by laying on hands or by holding hands in the clients aura and moving them along the energy centres-chakras to balance and harmonize the flow. The energy can be applied to perform distant healing.
While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion.
Karuna Reiki Energy is of higher vibration than the Usui Reiki, although the principles of using the energies remain the same and Karuna Reiki training is only offered to those who have trained up to Master level in Usui Reiki.
Karuna is a Sanskrit word translated to mean “any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others” and could also be translated as "compassionate action." As we help others and aid them in their healing process, all beings benefit. Because of the oneness of all beings, it is understood that Karuna is not only extended to others out of love, but also because it is an entirely logical thing to do. Karuna Reiki® opens one to work more closely with all enlightened beings. This includes those enlightened ones who are physically present as well as those in spirit.
The Karuna Reiki System was developed by William Lee Rand and other healers at the International Center for Reiki Training.
ReiKi is available to help us in times of need and to act as a source of guidance in our lives. Because of its infinite nature, it is all- knowing.
Ki is the non-physical energy that animates all living things.
The great value of Reiki is that because it is guided by the Higher Intelligence, it knows exactly where to go and how to respond to restrictions in the flow of Ki. It can work directly in the unconscious parts of the mind/body, which contain negative Ki-inhibiting patterns and eliminate them. As Reiki flows through a sick or unhealthy area, it breaks up and washes away any negative thoughts or feelings lodged in the unconscious mind/body thus allowing a normal healthy flow of Ki to resume. As this happens, the unhealthy physical organs and tissues become properly nourished with Ki and begin functioning in a balanced healthy way thus replacing illness with health.
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
